LSI President and Chief Executive Officer

Abhi Talwalkar was appointed LSI president and chief executive officer in May 2005 and was elected to the company's board of directors at the same time. Abhi joined LSI from Intel Corporation, where he served as vice president and co-general manager of the Digital Enterprise Group, which is comprised of Intel's business client, server, storage, and communications businesses.
Previously, he served as vice president and general manager for the Intel Enterprise Platform Group. In this position he focused on developing, marketing, and supporting Intel business strategies for enterprise computing. Prior to joining Intel in 1993, Abhi held senior engineering and marketing management positions at Sequent Computer Systems (now part of IBM), Bipolar Integrated Technology Inc., and Lattice Semiconductor Inc.
He is a member of the board of directors of Lam Research Corporation. Abhi received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University in 1985.
Amazon Web Services Technology Evangelist

Simone Brunozzi is a truly passionate technologist. After being an entrepreneur, a professor, a CTO, and after writing two technical books and two novels, he joined Amazon.com in March 2008 in the role of Amazon Web Services Technology Evangelist for Europe (EMEA), to raise awareness about Cloud Computing and help developers build applications.
In January 2010 he relocated to Singapore, becoming the first AWS Technology Evangelist for the APAC region. In 2010 he received the “2010 Cloud Evangelist of the Year” award. In July 2012, Simone relocated to San Francisco, where he maintains the same role, Technology Evangelist, focusing on events, companies and startups in California, mainly in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Since 2008, Simone has been a very popular speaker in Europe, United States, Asia, Oceania and Africa, speaking at more than 420 events (and collecting a huge amount of airline miles).

Rackspace Chief Technology Officer

John Engates joined Rackspace in August 2000, just a year after the company was founded, as Vice President of Operations, managing the datacenter operations and customer-service teams. Two years later, when Rackspace decided to add new services for larger enterprise customers, John created and helped develop the Intensive Hosting business unit
Most recently, John has played an active role in the evolution and evangelism of Rackspace's cloud-computing strategy and cloud products. John meets frequently with customers to hear about their needs and concerns, and to discuss Rackspace's vision for the future of cloud computing. John currently serves as Chief Technology Officer.
John is also an internationally recognized cloud computing expert and a sought-after speaker at technology conferences, including CA World, the Goldman Sachs Techtonics Conference and Cloud Expo. He speaks on the future of cloud computing, enterprise cloud adoption, data center efficiency, green data center best practices, and more.
Prior to joining Rackspace, John was a founder and General Manager at Internet Direct, one of the original Internet service providers in Texas. John is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting.
LSI Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Greg Huff oversees the company’s corporate strategy and technology roadmaps. Previously, he was senior vice president of Corporate Strategy for LSI. In this capacity, he was responsible for shaping the future growth strategy of LSI products within the storage and networking markets.
Greg joined the company in May 2011 from HP, where he was vice president and chief technology officer of the company’s Industry Standard Server business. In that position, he was responsible for the technical strategy of HP’s ProLiant servers, BladeSystem family products and its infrastructure software business.
Prior to that, he served as research and development director for the HP Superdome product family. Greg earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
