LSI India provides for statutory benefits per government guidelines and contributes to both the Provident Fund and Gratuity.
Employees and their eligible dependents (spouse, children, two parents or parents in-law) are covered under medical insurance from their first day of employment.

All employees are covered under Group Life Insurance. Accidental death and temporary or permanent total disability benefits are provided.
