How to request access to downloads or update your profile:
- Login to the site.
- Click on your name at the top of the screen to access your profile.
- Under your company information, choose from the pick list of product families that you'd like access to. You also can make changes to your personal information, if needed.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form (you will receive a temporary password) and then go back to the Partner login page and login using your temporary password.
- You will receive an email confirmation that your profile was updated or that your request was received. The account manager responsible for the product line(s) you selected will review the request within two business days.
How to reset your password:
- Go to the Partner login page and click on “Forgot your password?” Or just go directly to the forgot password screen.
- Enter your username and click submit.
- Answer the security question and click submit.
- Check your email for the “Password Reset Notification” message for your temporary password.
- Go back to the Partner login page and login using your temporary password.
- Click on your name to update your temporary password in the “Security Information” section of your profile.
Send us an email or call 800.372.2447 if you are:
- Locked out or are receiving the message "username not found" in the forgot password tool
- Still waiting for an approval
- Having some other technical issue with the website
