Green Semiconductor Product Certification
All LSI “Green” semiconductor products are:
Lead-free and RoHS Compliant (no exemptions) –Quantity limit of 0.1 % by mass (1000 ppm) for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and quantity limit of 0.01 % by mass (100 ppm) for cadmium in any homogeneous material;
Halogen-free –Quantity limit of 0.09 % by mass (900 ppm) for bromine and chlorine and less than 0.15% (1500 ppm) total bromine and chlorine in any homogeneous material; and
Antimony-free – i.e., Quantity limit of 0.09 % by mass (900 ppm) for antimony in any homogeneous material.

Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) Declaration
LSI products do not contain and are not manufactured with any Class I or Class II ODS as defined in 40 CFR Part 82. Consequently, LSI products do not require U.S. ODS warning labels.
