LSI implements a Safety and Environmental Management System which is third party certified to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standard principles.
LSI has established an objective to achieve a 15% absolute reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the 2007 baseline year from U.S. LSI operations by year end 2012.

LSI has established a cross-functional Energy Conservation Team committed to improving LSI's energy efficiency and reducing cost and associated green house gas emissions.
LSI has established an objective to recycle 80% of the waste it produces by the year 2015 to meet our EH&S Policy commitments to drive pollution prevention and promote sustainability.
