The summit’s keynote speakers include Dr. Dileep Bhandarkar, Chief Architect, Microsoft Global Foundation Services, and Mike Chenery, Senior Fellow, SanDisk Enterprise Storage Solutions. Dr. Bhandarkar will discuss one of the most pressing issues facing the industry: how to improve total cost of ownership and energy efficiency at all levels of the compute infrastructure in the datacenter. Mr. Chenery will share his unique insight on how the cloud has influenced the amount of data growth generated worldwide, and why NAND flash memory holds the key to meeting both current and future data storage challenges.
The summit includes multiple sessions focused on storage and networking silicon and software technologies that are helping to accelerate innovation in datacenters, mobile networks and the cloud. Additionally, there will be panel discussions with industry luminaries on topics such as the future of RAID data protection, application acceleration using solid-state storage and 4G mobile network architecture perspectives.
