Help with Your LSI Channel Profile

 
Reset your password
How to update your profile:
 
  1. Login to the site.
  2. Click on either the "My Profile" button or your name at the top of the screen to access your profile.
  3. Make any changes to your personal information, as needed.
  4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation that your profile was updated.

How to reset your password:
 
  1. Go to the forgot password screen.
  2. Enter your username and click submit.
  3. Answer the security question and click submit.
  4. Check your email for the “Password Reset Notification” message for your temporary password.
  5. Go back to the LSI Channel home page and login using your temporary password.
  6. Click on either the "My Profile" button or your name to update your temporary password in the “Security Information” section of your profile.
