SC12 Product Demonstrations
At this year’s show, LSI will demonstrate our family of flash-based products featuring the LSI® Nytro™ application acceleration solutions. Built upon the market segment leading SandForce® Flash controllers, these cards can reduce latency, a critical factor in HPC, and use intelligent caching algorithms to accelerate block level data in supercomputing environments.
Available in a variety of configurations, the Nytro product family can help speed data access in both direct attach and SAN attach configurations. Offering simple integration into existing systems and requiring minimal management overhead, these controllers truly offer a smarter way to faster for HPC.
The LSI Channel team also will demonstrate a new, high-availability offering based on standard SAS interconnects to two independent servers operating with the Microsoft Server 2012 clustered storage solution and general market JBOD enclosure provided by Newisys.
By offering cache coherency across LSI MegaRAID® controllers and redundant paths to storage, this solution enables independent servers to access the same DAS storage to maximize availability and economy – providing an affordable option for those who require reliable application and data access including for departmental and lab use.
