Gregorio Reyes
Chairman of the Board, Management Consultant; Former Chairman and CEO, Sunward Technologies, Inc.

Gregorio Reyes has served as the Company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2007. Reyes has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994. He co-founded Sunward Technologies in 1985 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 1994. Reyes serves on the board of directors of Dialog Semiconductor and Seagate Technology. He also served as a director of Engenio Information Technologies, Inc., a former subsidiary of the Company, from April 2004 to October 2005.

Abhi Talwalkar
President and Chief Executive Officer, LSI Corporation

Abhi Talwalkar was appointed LSI president and chief executive officer in May 2005 and was elected to the company's board of directors at the same time. Talwalkar joined LSI from Intel Corporation, where he served as vice president and co-general manager of the Digital Enterprise Group, which is comprised of Intel's business client, server, storage, and communications businesses. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager for the Intel Enterprise Platform Group. In this position he focused on developing, marketing, and supporting Intel business strategies for enterprise computing. Prior to joining Intel in 1993, Talwalkar held senior engineering and marketing management positions at Sequent Computer Systems (now part of IBM), Bipolar Integrated Technology Inc., and Lattice Semiconductor Inc. Charles  A.  Haggerty
Retired Chairman, CEO, Western Digital Corp.

Charles Haggerty served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LeConte Associates, a consulting and investment firm, from 2000 to 2012. From 1993 to 2000, Haggerty was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Digital Corporation, a maker of hard drives for digital information storage. Previously he was with IBM Corporation, where he served in various general management roles including marketing, product development and operations capacities during a 28-year career. He serves on the boards of Deluxe Corporation, Imation Corporation and Pentair, Inc. Haggerty also served as a director of Engenio Information Technologies, Inc., a former subsidiary of the Company, from April 2004 to November 2005.

Richard S. Hill
Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Novellus Systems, Inc.

Richard Hill was Chief Executive Officer and a director of Novellus Systems, Inc., a supplier of integrated circuit manufacturing equipment, from 1993 to 2012 and was Chairman of its board of directors from 1996 to 2012. Before joining Novellus, Hill spent 12 years at Tektronix, Inc., where he held a variety of positions, including President of Tektronix Development Company, Vice President of the Test and Measurement Group and President of Tektronix Components Corporation. Prior to joining Tektronix, he held engineering management and engineering positions at General Electric, Motorola and Hughes Aircraft Company. Hill is a director of Arrow Electronics, Inc., Cabot Microelectronics Corporation, Tessera Technologies, Inc., and Immediate Past Chair, and a current executive committee member, of the University of Illinois Foundation, and a member of the Board of Visitors for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

John H.F. Miner
Venture Capitalist and Managing Director, Pivotal Investments

John Miner is a venture capitalist and a managing director at Pivotal Investments, focused on investing in companies developing clean technologies for the sustainable economy. He is the former President of Intel Capital, Intel’s strategic investment arm, and was an Intel corporate vice president. Prior to Intel Capital, Miner was instrumental in leading Intel's entry into new market segments as an Intel Vice President and General Manager of the Communications Products Group, the Enterprise Server Group, and General Manager of Intel's desktop motherboard and PC building-blocks business. He joined Intel in 1983. Miner currently serves on the boards of Avnera, Tuusso Energy and Pacific Light Technology, Inc. He is also an investor in and advisor to numerous early stage enterprises and a Trustee for the Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation.

Arun Netravali

Since November 2004, Arun Netravali has been Managing Partner of OmniCapital Group LLC, a venture capital firm. From January 2002 to April 2003, Netravali was Chief Scientist for Lucent Technologies Inc., a provider of services, systems and software for communications networks. From June 1999 to January 2002, he was President of Bell Labs as well as Lucent’s Chief Technology Officer and Chief Network Architect.

Michael G. Strachan
Retired Partner, Ernst & Young LLP

As vice chairman of Ernst & Young LLP, Michael Strachan was responsible for the oversight of more than 2000 professionals serving clients in the technology, life science, real estate, distribution, manufacturing and asset management areas across a geographic region spanning from San Jose, California to Seattle, Washington. Additionally, he served as a member of their US and Americas Executive Boards. Strachan joined EY in 1976, holding increasingly responsible positions and becoming vice chairman and area managing partner in 2000. He retired in December, 2008.

Susan M. Whitney
Retired General Manager, IBM System x

Susan Whitney is a former IBM Corporation executive who most recently served as General Manager, IBM System x, retiring from the company in 2007. From 2001 to 2007, Whitney directed and managed IBM’s global x86-based server division, holding profit and loss responsibility and overseeing the product development, sales, marketing and manufacturing functions. She has also held executive positions with the IBM Server Group, IBM Asia Pacific and IBM Midwest organizations during her tenure with IBM, which began in 1972. Whitney is on the Board of the College of Mt. St. Vincent.
