Q. What majors does LSI look for when recruiting from colleges?
A. Although we hire people with a variety of majors and backgrounds, in general, a large proportion of LSI job opportunities lie within the engineering and computer science fields. However, we also look for candidates from other disciplines such as business, science, supply chain management, math, and others.

A. LSI values education that benefits both the company and the employee. LSI has a robust tuition assistance program which pays a substantial portion of the cost for those employees who pursue a course of study at a regionally accredited school or college. Employees may choose to take a single course, a full degree or a certificate program at a local college/university or online.
