The Storage Networking Initiative Association (SNIA) Storage Management Initiative (SMI) was launched to create and foster the adoption of a highly functional open interface for managing multi-vendor storage networks. With the LSI SMI Provider it’s easy to include LSI storage products in your SAN management solutions.

SMI enables faster development of highly interoperable, standards-compliant solutions for simplified management of SAN environments.  The LSI SMI provider is CTP compliant for easy integration. See the provider data sheet for information on supported profiles.
