In May 2011, NetApp® acquired Engenio external storage systems from LSI and assumed warranty support for eligible Engenio systems including the CTS2600. Since the CTS2600 product was sold and released by LSI, no additional system purchases or upgrades can be obtained from LSI or NetApp. However, you are entitled to support from NetApp.
Your first point of contact is the LSI premier or preferred partner from whom you purchased your CTS2600 product; all authorized CTS2600 partners have been trained to provide Level 1 support. In order to obtain additional support, documentation or downloads from NetApp directly, you will need to log in to the NetApp Support Site at http://support.netapp.com and register yourself as a NetApp support customer to access the CTS2600 content.
