In May 2011, NetApp® acquired Engenio external storage systems from LSI and assumed warranty support for eligible Engenio systems including the External RAID systems.
For systems purchased through OEMs, system integrators and other partners, the warranty and support for your products are provided by the partner and you should not contact NetApp directly. Any changes on how OEM and other partners get support from NetApp have been provided to the OEM partners as part of the transition.
Note: LSI has provided downloads for the SMI-S and VSS/VDS Providers on behalf of its OEM partners for their end customers.
